Flat Stanley Dresses Up

Before Stanley left, he wanted to see what it was like to dress up in Altar Server clothing and he also tried on a Military School uniform like the one Pope John Paul II wore when he was a boy. These clothes come from a Pope John Paul II paper doll book. Interesting, huh?

Angela's Shirt

A friend of ours, Angela, had a bone marrow transplant over a year and a half ago. She then had a liver transplant this past summer. She entered her drawing into a contest and won! Her design now appears on a shirt that the bone marrow transplant people at Texas Children's Hospital are selling to raise money for their bonemarrow transplant scholarship fund! Here is a picture of Sean and Stanley with Angela's shirt. Click on the images to make them larger. We think Angela is AWESOME! She is a wonderful artist!

Stanley goes to Art Class

Stanley went to the art studio for art class with the boys Thursday. He had a lot of fun looking around at the art displayed in the Gallery. The boys take art classes at Gray Wing Art Studio and Gallery

We had a full day of Picking strawberries and delivering plants to friends. Stanley enjoyed making fruit smoothies afterward, too. The lady at the strawberry farm was super nice and let us take her picture with Stanley.

Update

Flat Stanley stayed at home today when we brought Henry to the vet. We've been having fun playing Bananagrams, too. Stanley can spell REALLY big words! We also wanted to get a picture of Stanley with all of his books, too. He signed them all for us. Stanley is very excited about going Strawberry picking with us tomorrow!
